Laurel Ridge, Full Home Renovation
This project is a complete overhaul of a home in Black Mountain with an amazing view. For this renovation, we partnered with the clients for building design and contracting services. We installed all new siding, trim and paint inside and out, built a three-story deck off the back to take in those beautiful views, designed and built a new and inviting front porch, reworked the kitchen, newly designed the primary bath, everything was gutted and updated including the fireplace and guest bath, a bunk-room with custom bunks was made, a wet-bar for the games room installed, as well as landscaping. It was truly an incredible transformation and it was a pleasure to work with the amazing taste and design eye of the clients. The best part?! You can rent this home for a vacation for your family! Historic Montford Kitchen Reno
We had the privilege of renovating the kitchen in this historic house in the Montford district of Asheville circa 1898. It was an update worthy of such a beautiful home and the client finished the kitchen beautifully down to the runner with a gorgeous pop of color.

Montreat full interior renovation
For this project, the clients partnered with us for building design, finish design, and contracting re-designing and updating the interior of a newly purchased family home in Montreat. We raised the roof line in an existing loft space creating a functioning office adding a unique barndoor allowing the space to continue to open to the great room. We updated the stair railing as well as all of the trim and installed all new flooring. This house came with a basement and a new kitchenette was designed for better form and function, making it a cozy and welcoming space for both family and paying guests alike. Completely re-designed bathrooms completed this remodel.

North Asheville Home Renovation
This vintage home with hints of mid-century modern needed to have its space better utilized and needed an upgrade. We have done this with a new master bath, garage-to-bedroom conversion, new mudroom, as well as refinished floors, and new trim and paint.
